Notes

COMMENTS: shorts, tee, ls tee, gloves. PF very sore in morning. Felt heel pain during run. Iced 10 min on 10 min off for hours. Some improvemnt but still sore. Towel toe curls, stretching, bending toes backwards and taping foot for arch support. Still hurt when walking after sitting.
