Warmed up with "The Stick" then:
2 mile tempo: 7:33, 7:30
6 x 800M intervals with 2 min rests:
3:24 (6:48 pace)

Average 7:03 pace (down from 7:10 last week)
Then 0.43 miles at 8:01 pace to start of measured route.
Then 4 miles avg 8:07 pace (MP)
Total 9.4 miles avg 7:39 pace running (excluding interval rests)
Great work out. Breathing and effort at the final 4 miles of 8 min pace was pretty easy today. Body must have been thanking me for stopping the intervals!
