COMMENTS: Stick then all flexes (mild effort) then stick ca 30 min b4 run. Run: Focussed on 180 cadence, butt tucked, hips froward to keep back straight. Was 22 or 23 FF/15 secs most of the time. Was landing mid foot. No pains came in above the calf. Calf was showing some minor soreness that came and went. Felt pretty tired at mile 3 (doing 8:30 pace). Slowed a bit talking to Guido then picked it up and felt better last mile. HR was high, I saw 170's and even 180. Did mild static stretches after, endurox and stick. Then landscaping edging+ mulch and moving furniture and boxes. PM: legs feel ok. Right a bit tight and feel calf "bulge" when flexing. Pushing heel on left foot gives no pain. Lying on belly and lifting right leg while pressing down on heel with other leg.. hurts but less.
