I've done this race many times but this was the first time doing it as a relay. Carol ran first 5m. I ran 2nd 5m. On Garmin 5.13. 8:44. 8:23. 8:56. 9:04. 8:30. 282. Feet of elevation. Burned off. 576 calories 8/22 in coved division. Felt good. Was good to be able to push the pace again
