Early run after a demanding day. Had a lot of pain in my shins and calves, fell off from the pack and finished with Kevin when he came back to pick me up. Had Colston wrap them in ice for 45 minutes. Went to the running company in Indy and picked up some compression socks. $50 we will see if they help.
