3 mile run on Saturday morning. I wanted to do 4 miles but had GI issues and needed to turn home for a 3 mile loop instead. Avg HR was a little higher than I wanted - there are a lot of hills in the first half of this route and then the second half I was running a little faster to get home to go to the bathroom.
