My first 3 mile run outside in what feels like forever! No calf pain again - even when I took the big hill on Chestertown. I ran the Kentlands 5K course in reverse so it would be light by the time I got to the lake. I stopped at 3 miles instead of running the last 0.2 home. Avg HR was 150 which was great....although I'm sure much of this was due to the cooler weather.
