6.25 mile long run - two weeks before the Pike's Peek 10K. I now know that I'm in good enough shape to cover the distance, however, it is not going to be a very fast 10K for me. The weather this morning was very cold for April - 30 degrees - so I'm pretty sure the race temperatures will be a lot more mild.
