Marathon pace training run. 88% to 83% humidity.

2 slices of bread and a bottle of ensure 30 minutes before run.

Puked a couple times before and during warmup. Maybe need to eat earlier.

8.5/10 effort mostly. First 3 miles went a bit too fast and unsteady. High heart rate and breathing.

After 3 miles heart rate and breathing began to settle down and went smoother, but

legs got gradually more tired. Could probably hold < 9:00/mi pace for another

mile or 2 and marathon pace by half (13.1), but will have real difficulty beyond I think.

Ran 10 miles with no fueling during the run.
