Notes
Started out intending to do a 6 miler at around 6.5mph but I was watching a movie and when it ended it's already 10+ miles, so decided to wrap it up as a long run. Felt easy most of the way until after 11 or 12 miles when I decided to slow it back down to 6mph. No walk break (better than normal), no water/fuel (normal), and bad idea to have worn a golf shirt and too lazy to take it off.
