Notes

Cold, started out fast without warm up. 1km/lap x 10 laps.

Started at around 6/10 effort. After 2 laps body seemed warmed up.

Right foot slight PF tightness/pain for first 2 laps.

Breathing felt comfortably hard starting around 4th lap. Rate 8/10.

Legs felt relatively easier at around 6 to 7/10 for first 8 laps.

9th and 10th lap both breathing and leg tireness were at 8/10 tempo effort.

On 9th lap right thigh got weird pain, seemed to originate from right hip inside the butt and goes down the front thigh.

It went away after 9th lap. Overall seemed like a good run and 10 laps were just right.

Did not look at watch so I was surprised to see it ending up as a progressive tempo run.
