Finished big steak dinner 2.5 hrs before, heavy stomach, first 6.5 miles were slow and cautious to keep stomach happy. Then I was ready to get back to normal easy pace, but aches and soreness started. After 10 miles started to walk and stretch often due to soreness is various places (hip, knee, achilles...etc). Kept very slow pace. Effort is not high but aches and pains worse than usual. Probably dehydrated, did not drink anything.
