Notes
Long sleeve plus t-shirt. Got hot and took off T after 2 laps.
Breathing was at 6/10 effort throughout, but legs got more tired at around 7/10 effort toward the end, which is not typical, maybe it's because I'm running faster than normal.
Noticed that possibly due to faster pace, my knees/legs are picking up slightly more, so it's more like paddling a bike than shuffling the feet, and more effort in the push off/kick at the end as well, maybe that change contributed to soreness in hip and the upper thigh connecting to the hip.
