Notes
Breathing was easy throughout. Not really tired but legs felt sluggish, slow, and unresponsive.
Maintained a slow jog and was about to call it done after 5 miles, but all of a sudden the legs just "woke up"
and was able to get back to a faster easy pace (without forcing any effort) for the last 2km of the 10km run.
Weird...
