Failed long run. No energy. Walked several times. Carried a water bottle for the first time. Arms tired after a mile. Sweated heavily after 2 miles. Hard to maintain normal easy pace. Thirsty, drank little from bottle, wanted to burp or feel slightly nauseous at times. Apparently still not recovered from cold/allergy/whatever.
