No warm up. 7 mi.: 2 mi. easy (8:29, 8:30); 10x90 sec intervals w/ 30 sec. recoveries and finish easy (7:51, 7:32, 7:37, 8:18, 7:40). Really good run - darn wind. Nice to run in shorts and a long sleeve - 46 degrees. Feel strong and could kick some more butt. You are an inspiration Jenn. Fab job on your run today with an injured leg and all.
