Notes

Nice mentally focused recovery run: Incline 1: 3 mi. @ 9:37, 1 mi. @ 9:23, 1 mi. at 9:09. Tried to run as loose and relaxed as possible, forearms up and pumping, thumb tips to pointer tips. Settled into a longer stride and kept it steady throughout. Upright Stature thinking slightly forward to the balls of my feet, head up. Haven't been taking on any fluids during any of my runs - haven't felt the need to, but hydrate well after each run - keeping an eye on urine coloration. Normal breathing throughout of course, will start indicating weight (above - 189.2 current wt.) Haven't been focusing on diet at all. Not sure what additional data would be helpful to you. Just let me know and I'll make a point of tracking it. I feel in control and my body is responding well to the workouts - good mental thing.
