COMMENTS: Kept a comfortable fast pace and surged 3 times. Picked up to follow Mark B. and Ed B. before mile 1, McNair passed me before mile 2 and I followed him, and sprinted past Kathy Lynch to DESTROY my PR by almost a minute.
