Notes
Somehow I hung on to 6:30 pace for the first 2 miles. Knowing I felt so horrible, I decided to press as steadily as possible and see what that was. When it came time to dig deeper at the end, instead of sprinting I may have kind of dragged from the effort of switching gears. Nothing in the muscles to fire with. Still crept a few seconds ahead of Spencer, which probably won't happen too often. I am capable of it though. The competition will wear me out if I don't actually take it on.
