Notes

Six loops while Nye ran a longer run.

Aggressive first climb left me pretty wobbly, took it easy on the way down and backed off on the second climb.

Settled into running the bottom half down and up, taking the top climb and decent slowly.

Came up with a great three point decent pattern, one hand down.

My 5th and 6th decent were 100% running on the way down.

Backing off the squats was good for the left knee, not for the right. Right was a little sore behind the fibula. Some focus on the glute and quad lines straightened me out. Left knee never gave me a problem, but does feel different.
