Notes

Same as last weekend, more or less. Slightly longer but comparable time, despite running 8 miles yesterday that I definitely felt.

Bodyweight workouts before, at Mill Pond rec area, and after. Beast pushups and frenchies before and after, russian dip attempts and frenchies at the rec area.

We watched the calisthenicmovement dip video and were able to do about 20 percent of what we wanted. Box jumped onto the tables that I've always wanted to.
