Aborted a trip to the summit, too deep for trail shoes and no reason to exhaust Nye.
After the run, we drilled down into beast flow exercises and did 5 sets of HSPU, Chinups, and kettlebell swings. When we couldn't get our HSPU he did a crazy set of pushups while I did archers with the rollers.
This was the last home workout day before state sectionals. His record is 40-9 after an undefeated weekend of 5 matches.
