Plantar fascitis pain came right back after taking 2 weeks off. I did run the downhills and flats, but powerhiked the uphills. Nye won his age group, finishing a few minutes ahead of me. Took awhile to get around to logging this run. Grueling course, Kasie Enman and crew hosted a superb race. Great trail run/cross country course, I'm not sure it qualifies as a mountain run though. In my personal dictionary of running terms, a mountain race has a single mountain or range as its focus, ascending by the most commonly used road or trail, and typically including the summit of the mountain.
