Notes

A run from the Whiting 141 gate up to the chairlift for 10x climb overs and back. Tough climb but ran it all. Good awareness of puling/core coiling/etc throughout. Feel it's even better as a guide to relax muscle tissue than the typical POSE mindset I had been using. I do feel it should be trained more outside of running to develop control.
