Ran the B17 hill, pledge of allegiance at the top, sat at the memorial for a few minutes. Tim Mahoney and Doug Cummings were also out there, I thought I'd be the only nut running in the 95 degree heat! Completely wiped my legs out, good heat training day and no complaints from the knee. Blackbeary wheat, mmmm.
