Just took off, no real plan. In the dark on the unfamiliar end of the bike path for Coleman hill. Best move seemed to go straight to Phelps for some distance, didn't really know where it went. Worked out well. Hit Westview on the return and sprinted up the top half of the hill, very good training element.

Mildly ketogenic today, per the pee sticks before the run. I expect to get some higher readings now.

But no. I read that these things stopped working to indicate ketosis. As your body becomes more efficient using the ketones, you don't pee them out. Maybe that's happening, I definitely feel it.
