Notes

Excellent to be racing again. Faster than I thought. The miles were like, 6:58, 7:05, 7:15, I think. Not important. I did push it as hard as I could for as long as I could with NO PAIN in my foot at all. Even sprinted a bit at the end. There's a great development in my stride that will pay off later, I hope.
