A run with Nye to the summit at Ashley, with stops at all the obstacles. Saw Abby and her beautiful baby Masie before heading up. There was water in the McLean spillway, so we skipped climbing in and out of that. Saw a whitetail deer, and a few bats flying in the shadows down at ashley. Forgot to stop my watch for a couple waits and pauses to vault the blocks, etc. Our pace was probably more like 9.
