Notes

My old back injury flared up this morning. I didn't stretch last night before bed, and have been conking out on the couch before making it to bed. After taking care of it with stretching throughout the day I started this run after a full foam roll and animal flow stretch. I stopped at Nonotuck and did the same with some great jumping underswitch and a handstand walk to smooth decent into loaded beast. I felt just great after that. Took a trail detour home and did another full animal flow stretch in the parking lot before going in. We'll see how I wake up tomorrow.
