Exhausting run, hitting the obstacles around Ashley. So winded the whole time, until I realized all this ridiculous obstacle stuff had become an excuse for exhaustion. If I had simply run to a point of exhaustion, I would have responded with focus on my form and breathing and recovered. As soon I was aware of this, I was able to do exactly that. My discipline is too dependent on routine, need more crossfit. Took my new Inov8s for a spin. Very good shoes, a little big in the toe box like all the reviews say.
