COMMENTS: Drew bib nbr 711, yikes! Nasty heat up on the street. Idling cars felt like open furnaces as I ran past, but I'm not used to running in traffic. Really sore muscles in general. Miles were 6:35, then slower into the 7's until I picked it up in the fifth mile. Ankle is stiff but alright. Drew bib nbr 711, yikes! Good fun all around though with the usual crew.
