Tucked half a chicken breast on the bone in the oven with some sliced peppers and fresh garlic. Miles 1-4 8:01, 7:33, 7:50, 7:41, and 7:10 in the last half mile. Took out the chicken, scooped half a baked acorn squash in the pan and heated it up quick on the stove-top. Best little dinner ever!
