Great workout. I set a steady pace toward the back of the res, then picked up the pace over the hilly full lap, and took it easy before a final sprint up to 141. First 2 miles 15:00 - 7:30 pace, Next 3 (Lap +.05 Miles) 20:47 - 6:56 pace, Odd 1.35 mile rest at 11:05 - 8:13 pace, Last Half Mile uphill 3:34 - 7:08 pace. Nye came along with his bike and hung out by the pumphouse with the bugs and stuff. Good day for us both. This was a great quality workout for the 10k next week.
