Very icy group run. Plenty of good long stretches of dirt for pickups. Ran with Joel B. and Bill T. The fast springfield crowd was on the streets and were joined by Steve P. and Cheryl A. Dick, Karen and Steve R. followed behind on the res. Saw Jay's car there, who won a snowshoe race over the weekend. No JP's tonight, it is Marathon Movie night and a good excuse to save the $$ I don't have anyway. Feeling fine since the long run yesterday, even the rib isn't too bad. I'll do an intensive core workout now and see what happens.
