I *HEART* THE SURFACE OF THE EARTH!
Stashed water at mile 7. The first stretch along the base of Pomeroy mountain gave an amazing view of the Mt. Tom ridgeline. I looked out knowing I'd be running over it and over again, the other edge of the valley, what a sight. My time at mile 7 was about an hour and at 17 2:35. I loved exerting myself climbing Mt. Tom. It was absurd, it felt so good. There was a quarter mile of snow down Mt. Tom to Easthampton and kids were out of school. I had no major issues in the last couple miles, or on the run at all for that matter. I could not believe I did it so well.
