Notes

COMMENTS: I'm doing little 100 yard jogs and getting a little soreness in the shinbone from the ankle upward, on the back edge. The bone seems rotated counter clockwise or to the outside, bearing my weight wrong, and the arch seems sagging inward. I'm keeping up some walking miles but climbing stairs is tiring! My pulse is rising from 40 towards sixty, loosing the edge that the last four months of training gave me. I feel the usefullness of this rest so it isn't totally unberable
