8:37, 7:37, 6:37. Did the Hill route, then the Local Mile I usually do with Nye. I knew the downhil mile was easily faster so I challenged myself to pick it up by a minute in the last one. I didn't think I was pulling it off, but exactly one mile quicker each time! Nothing hurt, exept some momentary upper back spasms. Only thing I noticed was my right shoe where the treads have torn off, really need new road shoes.
