Notes
The Saucony's felt fine, unusual but welcome. I was pretty pooped out before this run, but it was a great idea. I started slow and built up over the last 3 miles. Fancy watch data; (splits) 8:57, 9:01, 9:13, 8:02, 8:10, 7:35. 12.5 miles for the day, sunrise and sunset. Got a new foam roller delivered today, hard-as-a-rock. Ouch! Tried it out of course, and felt like jello for the first slow miles.
