Added an extra mile plus to the 8 mile course I mapped out, following the wrong snowshoe trail. I was not in shape to push the pace through this thing, so decided to challenge my navigation skills. I actually met a guy coming back on the same showshoe trail who had given up on it. I followed it to its end. Finished 4th from last. What an entirely different kind of race this is. It truly is a race in another dimension, a course of points rather than lines. Nye had a great day, running under 2 hours and finishing exactly mid-pack. Another season complete and in the books.
