Tried doing the Evolution method... I think anyway. I just focused on quick foot turnover and keeping my feet directly below my center. It felt almost like doing butt kicks without kicking my butt. Focused on pulling leg up from the hamstring and I stayed on my forefoot. Because of this my calves started to feel a little sore so I cut it short just to ease my way into it. I tried touching my heel to rest my calves but it didn't feel right. To keep the foot turnover quick it just seemed to slow things down and get in the way and it felt more natural to stay on my forefoot. When my right knee would start to make itself be known I focused on keeping the turnover quick and keeping my legs below me.
