Eric from ultrarunnerpodcast did a good write up on these. Decided to give it a try for the upcoming race. The plan is just to take 5 a day and probably 5 race morning and about one every 5 miles during the race. We'll see. I'll try before my 10 miler just to make sure the don't affect my stomach in a bad way.
