Last 3 at half marathon pace. Effort felt about right but looking at splits pace was a little off. It was super humid from heavy overnight rain and I was definitely sucking wind pretty good. I feel good overall though. Slight bump in mileage has been good, if anything the consistency over last few weeks has helped me get into a habit. I guess it pays off to stick to the plan. That said I will be switching the long run and Friday short run to accommodate travel day on Saturday.
