I had to check the house every hour so I broke this run into three segments. Misjudged distance on last one so I went a little over. That's ok though, I felt good and enjoyed it. Kept it easy and relaxed. I feel like my aerobic fitness is really improving. Even running up steep hills my breathing and heart rate stay low. Consistency is paying off. Super happy.
