Notes
Another scorcher. Legs felt a little better than yesterday. The acceleration and pace on the strides came very easy (4x15). Although today's run was close to my half-marathon pace it was much more relaxed. The poor traction made a definite impact on speed and effort.

7 - 8:15 (Total BS on this pace, longest mile I have ever run. The buildings by the World Bank hose my Garmin. By feel I was running a 7:30 pace.)
