Amazing weather out. Shorts and t-shirt and I actually got a little hot. Legs were tight at the beginning, perhaps a little DOMS from Sunday but by about mile four I felt really good. Took it easy today. Focusing on taking it easy so I can build up the intensity through the week and really have a good long run.
