Started this run out very slow in the 9s and slowly built up and held at about 8:34. It started to feel very comfortable so with 25 minutes to go I cranked it up to about MP (7:53) and held that for 10 minutes. Not really for the speed work but I just wanted to remind myself what that pace felt like when humidity isn't an issue. Legs felt great but I was burning up. Mentally pushed through and it felt fantastic.
