Notes

This was on the easy bike, but still a good workout. From the beginning I decided to keep resistance lower and cadence quicker (100). Then with about 20 min to go I cranked up the resistance and kept up the cadence. I let go of the the handle bars and kept my torso straight, focusing on good posture and keeping the core steady, almost like running on the bike. It felt really good.
