Notes

Same sit-down bike as yesterday. Legs felt really good, had plenty of energy in them, fast without even pushing.

I was going to try and walk/run on the treadmill in VFF but my foot hurt as soon as I got off the bike. After 1 minute of walking on the treadmill I knew it was too soon.
