I really had to dig deep to get this one done. My legs have been pretty sore, and I think it has more to do with a LOT of sitting at work more than normal. Finally got rolling but pace was erratic. I just focused on effort and getting it done. Very windy again too, one straight had head wind one a tail wind. It got to me a little.
