Went a little over on distance on this one. Ran the warm-up with work colleague and realized I was at ~4.4 miles before starting. Ran the 3 miles at HM effort, around 8 min mile pace or just a little faster. Felt good and controlled. Legs and body feeling really good. I think I am over whatever it was that was affecting me last week. Forgot my HR strap at home, that might not have been a bad thing.
